Financial Leadership:- Ensures timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Serve as a key member of the hotel executive team, advising the General Manager and department heads on financial matters.
- Manage AP, AR, Payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Accounting & Compliance:- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and hotel brand standards.
- Completes day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and cash management.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accurate financial records.
- Liaise with corporate external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Strategic Planning:- Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute the hotel's business strategy.
- Drive cost control initiatives.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, hospitality accounting standards, and financial systems (Birchstreet, Profitsword, Ultipro, Opera PMS, Toast).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Adobe.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
