Full Job Description
Starting Annual Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000

SUMMARY

The Director of Finance, Consumer Products (CP) directly manages the accounting and finance functions to support CP Sales and Marketing. This role will provide the Executive Vice President of Growth & Brand and her team with accurate, timely and meaningful information to guide continuous improvement. This individual in this role must demonstrate the company's core values and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as the primary financial business partner to the Executive VP of Growth & Brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead monthly pricing activities by understanding the change in costs from month to month (movers, ingredients, cola, etc.) and the impact of Federal Order, Virginia Commission and The Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board premiums and costs.
  • Coordinate pricing activities with the internal team, including input into internal and external systems and provide pricing emails to customers.
  • Work with sales to establish budgets by sku, month and plant. Develop meaningful bridges of budgeted results to actual results. Prepare board slides and presentations as needed.
  • Provide analysis on new business opportunities, customer bids, school bids and potential co-packing agreements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Higher level degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and dynamic manufacturing and/or corporate environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in month-end closing process.
  • At least 1 year of experience with process manufacturing.
  • At least 1 year of experience with standard costing methodology required.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Accounting software, SAP preferred.
