Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. Key Responsibilities- Lead financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic business initiatives
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide executive decision-making
- Prepare and present financial insights and reports to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Lead and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required
- 5+ years of finance experience with leadership responsibility
- Financial Institution experience desired
- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights in a dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience in a regulated or structured environment is a plus
