What You'll DoLead Financial Operations- Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, asset management, and audits.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for leadership, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor organizational investments, evaluating risk while identifying opportunities for growth and sustainability.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable financial reporting requirements and regulations.
Shape Strategy and Organizational Success- Analyze financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Partner with the CEO to develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
- Establish, monitor, and strengthen internal controls to protect organizational assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Lead the annual audit process and support ongoing financial transparency and accountability.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and maximize resources.
Provide Leadership Across the Organization- Collaborate with senior leaders to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of communication, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Address emerging operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and support efforts to meet or exceed key organizational objectives.
Additional Responsibilities- Support the CEO and executive team with special projects and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational success.
What We're Looking ForEducation- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience- Five (5) or more years of progressive management experience required.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
