Competitive Salary: $83,000-$87,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education Job Duties Include: • Oversee Fairmont Gold operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and adherence to Fairmont Standards. • Collaborate with In-Room Dining, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver seamless service and promote Fairmont Gold offerings. • Manage room inventory, upgrades, and special projects using Fairmont Revenue Management philosophies. • Lead, supervise, and develop Fairmont Gold colleagues, maintaining effective communication and service excellence. • Ensure operational accuracy, safety, financial accountability, and continuously improve guest experiences through feedback and innovative initiatives.
