Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Operations/CFO, the Director of Facilities and Auxiliary Services
provide leadership for all campus facilities, maintenance operations, auxiliary services, contracted vendors,
campus scheduling, booking functions, and facility rentals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Direct maintenance, custodial, grounds, utilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Administer work order systems.
- Ensure OSHA, ADA, fire, and environmental compliance.
- Manage the cafeteria/dining services vendor.
- Manage the bookstore vendor.
- Oversee all outsourced vendors including vending, laundry, landscaping, waste, pest control, elevators, and
other service contracts. - Monitor vendor performance, contracts, invoices, and commissions.
- Coordinate campus scheduling, room bookings, conferences, facility rentals, and special events.
- Develop and manage departmental budget.
- Supervise facilities personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises facilities maintenance, custodial, grounds personnel, and oversees contracted vendors.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business
Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible facilities or auxiliary services management experience.
• Experience managing vendor contracts, budgets, and capital projects.
Certificates, Licenses or Registration Preferably, but not required, Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar certification preferred.

Physical DemandsAbility to sit or stand for up to 8 hours/day. Some lifting (up to 25 pounds occasionally), bending, and carrying.
