Position Overview for Maintenance Director:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our community's physical plant, including all engineering operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our residents while managing a team of staff committed to excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities as Maintenance Director:
