Primary Functions (including but not limited to):- Supervise all personnel in the Environmental Services Dept.
- Responsible for all maintenance department operations & personnel
- Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness & Safety throughout Facility grounds.
- Plan/coordinate work schedules and assign staff to established work areas & duties.
- Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs
- Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections
- Assign equipment to staff; monitor daily equipment use, cleaning & maintenance.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
- Follow Facility Guidelines and Departmental Policies/Procedures
- Infection Control Policies/Procedures
- Safety/Fire/Disaster/OSHA/Mutual Aid Planning
- Quality Assurance Practices
- NYSDOH Standards
- Strong stress management skills are required.

- Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
EXPERIENCE:• Previous management experience in a nursing facility environment is preferred.
Salary: $85,000.00 per year
