Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and Analytics

$59.79 - $111.03 an hour - Full Time. Salaried/Exempt

The Director partners closely with executive leadership, physicians, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to advance BCH's strategic objectives through innovative technology solutions, robust infrastructure services, and data-driven decision-making. The role oversees the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise analytics, information security, infrastructure operations, telecommunications, and network services, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

This leader drives the development and execution of technology and analytics strategies that enhance patient care, strengthen operational effectiveness, support financial stewardship, and improve the experience of patients, providers, and staff. The Director is also responsible for fostering high-performing teams, managing vendor partnerships, guiding technology investments, and ensuring BCH maintains a secure and resilient technology environment that delivers measurable value to the organization and the communities it serves.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders, ensuring technology and analytics investments deliver measurable organizational value.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, digital transformation, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and end-user satisfaction.
• Provide fiscal stewardship through strategic planning, budget development, contract management, vendor oversight, and optimization of technology investments.

Team & Operational Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Infrastructure and Enterprise Analytics teams, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented, and accountable culture.
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, succession planning, and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure reliable, secure, scalable, and high-performing technology and analytics services across the organization.
• Participate in IT leadership activities, governance processes, committees, and on-call responsibilities supporting critical hospital systems.

Enterprise Analytics & Data Governance
• Develop and execute an enterprise analytics strategy that supports quality of care, patient safety, operational excellence, population health, financial sustainability, and community health objectives.
• Establish and lead enterprise data governance programs that promote data quality, transparency, standardization, security, and trusted reporting across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
• Provide strategic oversight of analytics platforms, reporting tools, dashboards, and data infrastructure while enabling appropriate self-service analytics capabilities.
Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and organizational performance.

Technology Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
• Provide strategic oversight of enterprise infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, telecommunications, cloud services, and data center operations.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, performance, resilience, and disaster recovery capabilities that support BCH's operational and clinical needs.
• Partner with security leadership and the vCISO to safeguard organizational systems, data, and patient information, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.

Project & Vendor Management
• Lead and support strategic technology and analytics initiatives in collaboration with IT, clinical, and operational leaders to advance organizational goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered effectively through strong governance, change management, resource planning, and financial accountability.
• Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships, evaluate emerging technologies, negotiate services and contracts, and hold vendors accountable for performance, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
