Minimum and Additional Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Familiarity with higher education, enterprise technology environments, and business processes.- Skilled in planning, organizing, and directing projects while supervising and leading individuals with varied skill sets to work effectively as a team.- Proven effectiveness collaborating across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.- Relevant technical certifications, such as AWS, Microsoft, Google AI/ML engineering or specializations.- Relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL, Agile Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)- Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise software development, AI application development, systems integration, or related technology disciplines.- Three (3) or more years of supervisory or managerial experience leading technical or software development teams.- Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms/integrations, generative AI technologies, machine learning applications, or intelligent automation solutions.- Experience managing complex technology portfolios and vendor relationships.- Experience working within higher education, healthcare, government, or other large, complex organizations.
