Product Head to join our high-energy sales team based in Boston, Massachusetts.
We're transforming how we recruit Masters and MBA degree candidates across the U.S. and Canada - This role will lead the rebuilding of our outreach engine - structuring pipeline generation, managing a high-performance sales team, and driving enrollment growth.
You will own the Masters and MBA pipeline - from first contact to enrollment - bringing structure to outreach, managing scholarship strategy, and personally influencing key candidates to join Hult
We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong focus on results.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Team Management - Own the enrollment targets for Masters and MBA programs across the U.S. and Canada.
- Lead a team of Enrollment Advisors, Coordinators and Converters from our Boston HQ.
- Set clear KPIs and coaching rhythms to drive daily execution and long-term growth.
- Build a high-energy, high-ownership culture focused on excellence.
- Manage the scholarship strategy to accelerate decision-making and conversion.
- Lead notification calls with accepted candidates and drive the individualized closing strategy.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) tactics - Design and refine outbound messaging and outreach sequences for the team.
- Use LinkedIn, AI-assisted tools and digital channels to engage candidates.
- Create fast, authentic engagement loops that move prospects from cold to committed-via video, phone, or in-person 121s.
- Own all core GTM channels: phone outreach (voice and messaging), events, digital outreach, brochure mailouts and alumni referrals.
3. Market development - Manage the team calendar, ensuring a high volume of in-person events, educational fairs, and 1-to-1 meetings, are organized in the region.
- Identify trends and patterns in candidate behavior to optimize outreach efforts and generate referrals.
Qualifications - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in sales leadership or management, with a track record of managing successful, high-performance sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn and other professional social platforms, as a channel to organize phone or in-person meetings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional presence.
- Customer-focused, with a high level of curiosity and a talent for understanding and addressing candidate needs through active listening.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.
- Goal-oriented and resilient; eager to exceed sales targets-"Nothing is impossible" mindset.
- Adaptable and open to learning from feedback.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States
Compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000, based on experience.
