Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building management systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills for collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and working in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs for all hotel facilities.
• Oversee the operation and repair of critical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety.
• Manage and negotiate with third-party contractors to oversee capital projects.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring effective scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Assign and manage work orders, holding the team accountable for timely task completion.
• Monitor and manage the department's budget, controlling expenses and inventory.
• Lead compliance with safety and regulatory standards, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
