Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience in engineering leadership.
• Strong senior engineering skill set required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for fostering partnerships.
• Proven ability in self-motivation and independent decision-making.
• Ability to manage conflict and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and guiding others.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the platform engineering team and ensure alignment with digital product strategy.
• Support direct reports through coaching, setting expectations, and developing their professional goals.
• Collaborate with Central Team Leader of Engineering to cast a vision and manage hiring efforts.
• Ensure the team adds value to the Digital Product suite and enhances user experience during sprints.
• Remove operational barriers by partnering with internal product teams to drive project execution.
• Maintain technical roadmap to ensure alignment with organizational initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of operational standards for APIs and manage technical debt.
