Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor to foster a culture of productivity and safety.
• Oversee daily operations for all inbound, outbound, and support functions in the warehouse.
• Mentor and develop a team of warehouse managers through direct feedback and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and industry-leading service.
• Identify issues affecting operations and implement data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
