Full Job Description
Responsibilities

You Will:
  • Digital Presence & Platform Ownership: Lead and optimize RadNet's digital footprint across assigned verticals, from enterprise platforms and interactive media (RadNet TV, web properties) to multi-location local directory listings and Google Business Profiles at scale.
  • Creative & Operational Bridge: Serve as the primary strategic intake and coordination point between regional operations, field sales, and RadNet's centralized web, design, and video teams. Translate operational needs into clear project briefs to accelerate turnaround and drive better outcomes.
  • Campaign Deployment & Management: Deploy and manage targeted digital communications and marketing campaigns, including service line promotions, new center launches, screening programs, and geo-targeted paid media, using centralized creative assets and brand templates.
  • Reputation & Analytics Workflows: Operate daily reputation management platforms and review cadences. Use Google Analytics, call tracking systems, and internal dashboards to report measurable ROI and campaign performance to executive leadership and Joint Venture boards.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner directly with Regional VPs, center managers, field sales, and corporate counterparts to drive physician outreach, referral development, local community awareness, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold enterprise brand standards at every digital touchpoint, ensuring all patient-facing content, collateral, and interactive screens represent the RadNet standard of excellence.
  • New Center & JV Onboarding: Execute digital onboarding for new centers, joint ventures, and acquisitions, including call tracking setup, local page accuracy, community announcements, and market entry awareness campaigns.
  • Team & Project Management: Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams with a proactive service-oriented mindset while managing multiple priorities across a large geographic and operational footprint.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital communications, or a closely related discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Proven track record leading multi-market, multi-location, or enterprise-scale digital programs with measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on fluency across digital platforms, local and enterprise SEO, reputation management, paid media, and creative production workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Google Business Profiles, local listings, and directory accuracy at scale is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of web content management systems (Drupal, WordPress, or equivalent), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console), call tracking systems, and common marketing technology stacks.
  • Experience leading creative and video production teams or vendor networks is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-site services, or franchise environments with distributed operations is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate credibly with executive leadership, regional operations, clinical teams, field sales, and creative partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic and organizational footprint.
  • Ability to travel as needed to imaging center markets, production sites, and company locations.
  • Ability to communicate on all services within the marketing and communications, as well as 'One RadNet' team.

Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
