Full Job Description
As Director of CPX Strategic Initiatives, you will shape, govern, and drive the organisation's highest priority programs across Customer and Partner Experience (CPX). In close collaboration with CPX leadership and executive partners across Technology, Sales and Product), you will translate bold vision into concrete scalable roadmaps, built for the long-term.

You will lead a team of Program Managers through meaningful business transformation, championing organizational adoption every step of the way. Acting as the critical link across complex, cross-functional efforts, you will cut through the ambiguity, bridging organizational gaps, and build the planning frameworks that keep everything moving forward.

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and mentor a strong team of Program Managers-further strengthening core excellence across program execution, structured change management, and commercial business acumen
  • Strategic Priority & Impact Alignment: Partner with CPX leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize critical initiatives-ensuring resources and focus are directed toward high-impact business outcomes
  • Long-Term Planning Cadence: Design and operationalize an end-to-end planning cycle with extended planning windows, giving teams the foresight needed to proactively align resources and commitments
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Forge strong alignment and consensus across Director+ leadership in Tech, Sales, Product, and Engineering, to unify strategic efforts
  • Initiative Governance & Accountability: Direct strategic initiatives (SIs) by establishing clear accountability structures; partner with Programme Managers, Workstream Leads, and Sponsors to ensure cross-functional execution and discipline
  • Complex Problem-Solving & Oversight: Navigate high degrees of ambiguity, unblock dependencies, and design risk mitigation strategies to keep critical strategic programs moving forward
  • Cross-Program Connectivity: Identify overlapping efforts, dependencies, and potential disconnects across workstreams, driving cohesion and driving shared cross-functional objectives, understanding and alignment


What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of related career experience in Program Management, Operations, Customer Success, Professional Services or Business Transformation in a technology organization - preferably SaaS
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise


Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years in a transformation leadership or program governance role within a high-growth technology organization (preferably SaaS).
  • Deep understanding of Customer and Partner Experience (CPX) functions and their cross-functional dependencies with Product, Engineering, Tech, and Sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing strategic planning cycles, governance models, and long-term roadmaps across multi-disciplinary functions.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with proven ability to influence Director+ leadership and gain executive buy-in.
  • Advanced influence skills-proven capability to hold workstream leads, sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) accountable without direct authority.
  • Outstanding business acumen and structured problem-solving skills, with a track record of dismantling complex blockers and navigating ambiguity smoothly.
  • High learning agility and strong strategic autonomy, with the proven ability to proactively set direction and drive initiatives to completion independently.
  • Experience in using AI in related workflows program execution, communication and governance


Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Up to 15% travel for workshops, leadership, and internal strategic events


How You'll Be Rewarded
• Salary range in the US: $154,000.00 - $265,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
• Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
• 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
