Salary Range: $170-180K + 20% Bonus and Long-Term Incentives

This highly visible position partners directly with executive leadership to shape the organization's public narrative while serving as a trusted communications advisor across financial communications, crisis management, executive messaging, and corporate reputation initiatives.
Unlike many leadership communications roles, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being a
hands-on communicator-writing executive messaging, press releases, media materials, talking points, and strategic communications personally rather than managing large teams or relying heavily on outside agencies.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead corporate public relations strategy
- Develop executive messaging, speeches, and thought leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor during crisis communications
- Build and strengthen relationships with national media
- Support financial and investor-related communications
- Partner across business functions to ensure consistent corporate messaging
- Advance sustainability and corporate responsibility storytelling
Desired Background: - 8+ years of corporate communications or public relations experience
- Experience supporting publicly traded organizations strongly preferred
- Retail or consumer-facing industry experience highly desirable
- Outstanding writing and storytelling capabilities
- Experience supporting executive leadership and financial communications
- Comfortable operating independently in a highly visible role
