Title: Director, Corporate Public Relations (Confidential)

Location: Tennessee

Salary Range: $170-180K + 20% Bonus and Long-Term Incentives

This highly visible position partners directly with executive leadership to shape the organization's public narrative while serving as a trusted communications advisor across financial communications, crisis management, executive messaging, and corporate reputation initiatives.

Unlike many leadership communications roles, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands-on communicator-writing executive messaging, press releases, media materials, talking points, and strategic communications personally rather than managing large teams or relying heavily on outside agencies.
