What You'll Do: Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned community behavioral health and recovery programs, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and develop program leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
- Oversee program budgets, fiscal performance, and contract compliance, while exploring new revenue streams to supplement funding.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with state agencies, community providers, regulatory authorities, and internal departments (HR, Finance, Quality, IT).
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation (CARF), and state/federal regulations.
- Identify and mitigate agency risks, and champion a seamless system of internal collaboration across all BAMSI departments.

What You Bring:- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Services, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of administrative/management/supervisory experience.
- Preferred Expertise: Experience with budget development, diverse funding streams, grant writing, and oversight of multiple programs. Strongly prefer familiarity with state agencies, community programs, and building effective partnerships.
- Cultural Competence: Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, people living with mental illness or SUD, the LGBTQ+ community, and the elderly.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities with professionalism and calm, and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
