The OpportunityThe Director of Clinical Services serves as the Home Health Administrator and senior clinical leader responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional, compliant, and outcomes-driven home health care within branch operations. This role owns clinical quality, regulatory compliance, performance management, and clinical execution at scale, ensuring the organization exceeds Medicare Conditions of Participation.
What You'll Do- Serve as Home Health Administrator and clinical authority as well as key leader in how we scale safely
- Lead clinical quality, outcomes, and survey readiness
- Bring urgency, clarity, and standards to complex clinical operations
- Oversee clinician development, performance management, and risk mitigation
- Directly manage Branch Clinical Managers and Field Operations Managers
- Maintains a limited, targeted clinician caseload to monitor clinical status across active patients; coordinate next steps after clinical events; ensure care plans are clear and actionable; and maintain high standards for clinical documentation quality and timeliness
Who You Are - Must-Haves- Active, unrestricted RN license valid in the state of the branch
- Minimum 1 year of home health leadership in skilled, Medicare-certified home health, with direct reports. Case management, private duty / non-skilled home care, hospice, SNF, and hospital leadership do not count.
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and strong clinical judgment
- Leadership presence with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Excellent communication and performance management skills
- The ability to hire, develop, and lead your branch's clinical team
