We are looking to add an experienced and caring Director of Clinical Services (DCS, DON, DNS) to our Home Health division in Thurston County, Washington!

A few of the Essential Duties of this role:
Ensures agency compliance with all state and federal home health laws & regulations

What do we require of our Director of Clinical Services (RN)?
A minimum of 3 years of health care management experience
Must have at least 1 year of home health director-level or managerial experience
Must have a BSN degree. An MSN degree is preferred
Current BLS certification
Current Washington state license (or before your first day of work)
Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred, but not required
Knowledge of home health regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
OASIS Certification preferred, but not required
Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation
