What You Will Do: - Lead day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with Georgia regulations and requirements.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative team members.
- Foster a culture centered on quality, accountability, and compassionate care.
- Monitor quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare for and lead regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation activities.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and program growth.
- Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruiting, Compliance, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiencies, and client satisfaction.

Requirements
We're Looking for Someone Who: - Has a current, active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Enjoys building programs and improving processes
- Leads with confidence while remaining approachable and supportive
- Has home care experience
- Has Home Infusion experience
- Has supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Georgia regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment\
- Balances clinical excellence with operational performance
- Is passionate about helping people remain safely in their homes
- Wants to grow with an expanding organization
Salary Description
$85,000 - $100,000
