Your Role & Impact:As the
Director of Clinical Education, you will play a vital role in creating a
premier healthcare environment by:
Designing, implementing, and evaluating
staff education programs, including
general orientation and skills training.
Identifying
training needs and ensuring compliance by serving on the
QAPI Committee.
Supporting
continuous quality improvement and elevating clinical performance.
Mentoring and developing nursing staff to uphold the highest standards of
patient-centered care.
What You Bring:- Current and valid Texas RN license.
- Previous nurse education and leadership experience in skilled nursing (preferred).
