Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000 /annual

As the Director of Campus Operations, you will oversee and direct building maintenance, grounds, equipment projects, resources, work orders and coordinate with vendors and repairs. You will ensure all applicable laws, governement regulations, renovations and overall campus operations are running successfully and accordingly to the polices of departments and the OFJCC!

The Core Duties:- Plan, organize and oversee functions and activities of all building maintenance support services
- Supervise Maintenance department, including hiring, training, developing, coaching, and disciplining staff members
- Develop, recommend and implement or guide implementation of new and/or modified facilities programs, services, policies and/or procedures
- Be the main point of contact for on-site repair vendors and coordinate work activities. Ensure work projects are done accurately and in a timely manner
- Proactively plan for preventative maintenance activities and coordinate quotes and workflow with the vendors
The Essentials:- 5 years Facility Management experience at a large facility, leading a team and managing vendors
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, paint
- College Degree preferred, High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- LEED, CFM, FMP and/or SFP credentials preferred
- Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization and control in an ever-changing environment with numerous concurrent projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate information clearly (written and oral)
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities when required
- Must exhibit self-initiative, accountability, flexible and good leadership skills
- Must have a general knowledge of basic principles of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, paint and lighting
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Work weekends/evenings as needed
- Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment
