Role:The Director of Business Workshops exists to help founders find the one constraint holding their business back and fix it faster than they could alone.
This is a performance role, and we treat it like a professional sport. Workshops are the performance and preparation is everything. You are not a coach handing out generic advice, and you are not a speaker reading slides. You diagnose live, in front of the room, and you challenge founders in service of their growth. You are also here fully. You are not running an outside company on the side. You will present workshops on stage within your first 30 days.
Responsibilities:- Lead workshops that teach founders how to identify their true constraint and allocate resources like investors
- Facilitate live founder discussions and diagnostics that surface the real bottleneck in each business
- Translate complex scaling concepts into clear lessons founders can apply immediately
- Prepare rigorously by researching attending businesses and anticipating the challenges each founder will bring
- Improve your craft continuously through presentation practice, business diagnostics, and workshop review
- Strengthen the advisory team by sharing insights, improving frameworks, and mentoring teammates
Requirements:- Built and operated a business to roughly seven figures in annual revenue, carrying real responsibility for payroll, team leadership, and growth decisions
- Willing to transition fully into this role and stop operating any outside company
- Able to diagnose a business quickly and identify the true constraint holding growth back, not just the visible symptom
- Able to make complex business concepts simple and immediately actionable through strong storytelling and communication
- Able to deliver direct, candid feedback to founders while holding genuine empathy for what they are carrying
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment built on rigorous preparation and continuous improvement
Results:- Founders leave workshops able to name the true constraint in their business
- Founders experience a moment of clarity that changes how they think about their company and their role as CEO
- Workshop satisfaction and engagement scores stay high
- Workshop quality and advisory frameworks improve measurably over time
- You present workshops on stage within your first 30 days
- The advisory team performs better because of your contribution
Schedule:- Standard business hours when not running workshops, with dedicated time for preparation, training, and craft development
- During workshop weeks, expect availability from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, plus preparation and debrief time as needed
Location:- Las Vegas, NV (onsite)
- Relocation support provided; short-term travel during relocation may be acceptable for the first one to two months
Compensation:- $180,000 to $260,000 base salary plus up to 20 percent annual bonus
