Responsibilities
Develop office activities and initiatives relating to improving the office's strategic marketing orientation and market leadership
Lead and mentor the operations and staff of the office's marketing department
Further develop and diversify market opportunities consistent with strategic initiatives by performing marketplace research and analyses
Develop and lead BD plan
Develop client relationships
You will be expected to work in a team environment to implement business development strategies that will increase growth and success
Media relations and corporate communications, marketing support, and tools for ECS's business developers and support staff
Update and improve brochures
Develop a plan and strategy for re-building and improving various marketing tactics
Implement innovative processes and creative solutions for better business practices
Qualifications
BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - MBA/MKT preferred
10+ years of Business Development and/or Marketing experience - highly preferable if in the Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering , Materials Testing or Facilities markets
