$100,000 to $150,000 Base Salary, Plus Uncapped Commission

Location: Los Angeles and Southern California
Company: BLVD Electric, Inc.

BLVD Electric is recruiting exceptionally connected, aggressive and
commercially intelligent people who know how construction work is
awarded and know the people awarding it.

We are one of California's youngest, fastest-growing and most
aggressive full-service electrical contractors.

BLVD has grown to approximately 150 employees, including more than 100
field personnel and a substantial engineering, estimating,
preconstruction, project-management and administrative organization.
Based on workforce-size comparisons using federal
electrical-contractor industry data, BLVD is approximately within the
top 3% of electrical contractors by staffing size.

We did not get here slowly.

We built BLVD by moving faster, estimating aggressively, solving
problems, taking on difficult work and building the infrastructure
required to execute at scale. We have reviewed, priced and pursued
thousands of opportunities across virtually every major construction
sector.

Now we are opening this platform to people who can bring
relationships, access and revenue.

If you can open doors, create qualified opportunities and help win
profitable work, BLVD will provide the engineering, estimating,
preconstruction, project-management, manpower and operational support
behind you.

The company will not become your ceiling.

WE ARE NOT SELLING ONE PRODUCT OR SERVING ONE SECTOR

There is no narrowly assigned vertical.

We pursue electrical work across the market, including:
• Electrical service, maintenance and emergency work
• Small projects and ongoing facility work
• Commercial tenant improvements and complete build-outs
• Ground-up construction
• Design-build and design-assist projects
• Power distribution and electrical infrastructure
• Utility coordination, switchgear and procurement strategy
• Lighting and lighting-control systems
• Low-voltage and integrated electrical systems
• Luxury retail and national rollouts
• Hospitality, restaurants, hotels and entertainment
• Corporate offices and workplace environments
• Institutional, educational and public-facing facilities
• Mixed-use and large-format projects
• Industrial, technology and specialized environments
• Renovations, expansions, upgrades and complex special projects

No sector is automatically off-limits.

If an opportunity is lawful, within our capabilities and commercially
sound, we are prepared to pursue it. If growth requires BLVD to add
people, resources or infrastructure, we will continue building behind
the work.

Bring us service work. Bring us build-outs. Bring us ground-ups. Bring
us national programs, negotiated opportunities, difficult projects,
new sectors and relationships we have not reached yet.

If you can create profitable work, there is no predetermined ceiling
on how far you can take this position or how much you can earn.

A PLATFORM THAT IS ALREADY PROVEN

BLVD has:
• Approximately 150 employees
• More than 100 field personnel
• In-house engineering and design-assist capabilities
• Dedicated estimating and preconstruction resources
• Established project-management and operational infrastructure
• Low-voltage, lighting-control and full-service electrical capabilities
• Experience executing electrical packages valued up to approximately
$6.5 million
• Active reach throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and
the Inland Empire
• Experience across luxury retail, hospitality, restaurants,
commercial interiors, large-format spaces, mixed-use projects and
ground-up construction

Our portfolio includes work with or alongside many of the largest and
most recognized national brands, general contractors, developers,
ownership groups and construction teams in the country.

Specific portfolio experience, relationships, capabilities and market
opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.

We have already opened major doors, built a recognizable brand and
established the execution platform.

Your job is to help us take it further and get paid directly for the
growth you create.

THIS IS ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS, REVENUE AND MONEY

We are not hiring someone to create activity, attend events and send reports.

We are hiring people who can create access and revenue.

You may currently work for, or have previously worked for, a:
• General contractor
• Developer or ownership group
• Construction-management firm
• Electrical, mechanical or specialty contractor
• Architectural or engineering firm
• Commercial real-estate company or brokerage
• Property-management or facilities organization
• Manufacturer, supplier or industry vendor
• Construction-technology or professional-services company

Your title and exact industry background are secondary.

What matters is:
• Who knows you
• Who trusts you
• Who returns your calls
• Which doors you can open
• How quickly you think
• How well you sell
• Whether you can turn relationships into awarded, profitable work

If you have spent years building construction-industry relationships
and are ready to monetize that access at a materially higher level,
this is the opportunity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Open relationships with general contractors, owners, developers,
construction managers and other project decision-makers.
• Secure executive meetings, prequalification opportunities,
preferred-bidder access and invitations to pursue work.
• Position BLVD for negotiated, design-build and relationship-based
opportunities.
• Identify projects before they reach the crowded public-bid stage.
• Convert your relationships into qualified opportunities and awarded contracts.
• Expand BLVD into additional sectors, accounts and geographic markets.
• Work directly with BLVD's leadership, engineering, estimating and
operations teams to build the correct pursuit and proposal.
• Track relationships, opportunities, values, probabilities and next actions.
• Represent BLVD confidently in executive meetings and high-level
industry settings.
• Move quickly, think on your feet and keep opportunities advancing
without waiting to be managed.

You create the access and help sell the opportunity.

We perform the technical review, engineering, estimating, proposal
development, project management and field execution with you.

WHO WE WANT

We want people who:
• Have genuine access to California general contractors, owners,
developers or construction decision-makers.
• Can get calls returned and meetings scheduled.
• Understand how construction projects are identified, influenced,
bid, negotiated and awarded.
• Have personally originated projects, accounts or material revenue.
• Think quickly and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Can adapt the pitch based on the customer, project and room.
• Are commercially aggressive without damaging trust or credibility.
• Understand the difference between valuable work and work that should
be declined.
• Are hungry to build something larger and earn significantly more money.
• Follow through relentlessly.
• Want their earning potential tied directly to the value they create.

A particular degree is not required. Relationships, speed, judgment,
execution and results matter more.

COMPENSATION AND UPSIDE
• Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000
• Uncapped commission opportunity
• Reasonably expected first-year commission range: $25,000 to
$200,000, based on qualifying originated and awarded business
• Exceptional performance can produce compensation beyond that expected range
• Final compensation and commission structure will be discussed during
the interview process

There is no commission cap.

There is no artificial limit on how many qualified opportunities you may pursue.

There is no point where BLVD will tell a high performer to stop
selling because that person is earning too much.

If you produce, you will be rewarded. If you help BLVD grow, your
compensation will grow with it.

Candidates seeking the highest end of the base range must be prepared
to demonstrate an established network, significant prior results,
credible business references and a realistic path to near-term
opportunities.

WE ARE OPEN TO THE RIGHT COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENT

We understand that the strongest candidates, relationship holders and
dealmakers may not all fit inside one standard structure.

If you have a specific market, relationship network, opportunity
pipeline or business-development arrangement that you believe can
create significant value for BLVD, tell us what you can bring and what
type of arrangement you would like to discuss.

We are willing to consider customized, lawful and performance-based
structures that reflect:
• The depth and quality of your relationships
• The opportunities you can realistically originate
• The immediacy and value of your market access
• Your expected level of involvement
• Whether your contribution is broad, market-specific or opportunity-specific
• The revenue and profit potential you can create

Come prepared to explain what you can do, how you would do it, what
support you need from BLVD and what commercial arrangement would
motivate you to produce at your highest level.

We will listen.

Any arrangement must be commercially sound, lawful and documented in
writing, but the door is open to serious proposals from people capable
of creating serious value.

MORE THAN ONE CANDIDATE MAY BE SELECTED

There is no requirement that one person know every general contractor
or every sector.

Someone with deep access to one valuable segment may create substantial value.

You may specialize in:
• Major general contractors
• Developers and ownership groups
• Luxury retail
• Hospitality and restaurants
• Corporate interiors
• Property and facility management
• Healthcare or institutional construction
• Ground-up development
• Public-sector relationships
• National accounts or rollout programs
• Technology, industrial or specialized projects

If your relationships are narrower but genuine and monetizable, apply
and explain exactly where you have access.

BLVD may select multiple candidates with complementary networks,
specialized access or different commercial arrangements.

SELECTION PROCESS

Finalists will participate in direct, practical and role-relevant
exercises evaluating:
• Ability to position and sell BLVD
• Live thinking and communication
• Relationship and account strategy
• Construction-market knowledge
• Opportunity qualification
• Ability to handle objections
• A proposed 30, 60 and 90-day pursuit plan

We are not looking for rehearsed interview answers. We want to see how
you think, sell, respond and move in real time.

Candidates will not be required to disclose confidential information
or perform unpaid live business-development work.

HOW TO APPLY

Submit your résumé with a direct response addressing:

1. Which California construction markets and customer groups you know best.
2. The types of general contractors, owners, developers or
decision-makers with whom you have genuine access.
3. Examples of projects, accounts or revenue you personally helped originate.
4. What you believe you could accomplish during your first 90 days.
5. Why you are ready to turn your industry relationships into a
substantially larger earning opportunity.
6. Whether you are seeking the advertised employment structure or
would like BLVD to consider a different commercially reasonable
arrangement.

Do not send a generic cover letter.

Tell us where you have access, what you have produced, what you
believe you can build here and how you propose working together.

Do not disclose confidential information belonging to your current employer.

Thank you,

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
