Director of Business Development We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Business Development & Training. The ideal candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify and develop new business opportunities, and support the training and development of the sales team to ensure consistent growth and performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to driving revenue and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development strategies to expand market reach and generate new revenue streams.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
