Responsibilities

  • Monitor aging receivables and implement strategies to improve collection performance

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to strengthen billing integrity, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Leverage billing systems and reporting tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial outcomes

Full Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Billing to lead and optimize Medicaid billing operations and revenue cycle performance. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely claim submission, maximizing reimbursement, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis, technology, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full Medicaid revenue cycle, including claim submission, rebilling, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely reimbursement and optimize collections across Medicaid-funded and other revenue-generating programs.
