Senior Manager, Audio Visual to lead AV operations for a leading biotechnology company in Boston, MA. This brand-new, growing account serves 1,000+ employees and offers the opportunity to build a best-in-class AV program from day one, with expanded scope planned as a second tenant joins the building later this year.

- Manage AV support staff, vendors and contractors, including performance and coordination
- Partner directly with clients on in-depth meetings, conferences and complex event scenarios
- Confirm room setups with the conference coordination team ahead of events
- Oversee equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and budget/warranty management
- Prepare weekly operational reports and proactively communicate on outages or technical issues

What You Bring- Experience leading audio visual and technology operations in a corporate or hospitality setting
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills
- Working knowledge of AV equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Budget management experience
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities under ambiguity
Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in audio visual or technical support or related field
