Overview
The Director of Enterprise Systems is responsible for leading the company's technology platform to support business performance, scalability, and execution speed. This role serves as a strategic partner to the business, aligning systems, vendors, and technology investments with company priorities while driving measurable improvements through automation, AI, and system optimization.

Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy & Business Alignment
  • Own, shape, and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning priorities with business needs and long-term goals
  • Partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and execution through systems, automation, and AI
  • Systems, Automation & Innovation
  • Own the lifecycle of core business systems, including selection, implementation, integration, and optimization
  • Drive system enhancements, automation, and AI initiatives that reduce manual work and improve operational performance
  • Define and evolve the company's approach to AI, partnering with leadership to identify high-impact use cases and establish a clear adoption roadmap
  • Ensure systems and architecture enable scalable, effective use of automation and AI
  • IT Operations & Infrastructure
  • Oversee all IT operations, ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability

  • Proficiency with network technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and switches
  • Advanced understanding of cybersecurity best practices and tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations

The expected salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $175,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
