Job Summary The purpose of this position is to support the mission and vision of the University and College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences in providing quality educator preparation programs that develop highly qualified education, health, and human sciences professionals at the State, national and international level. This person will perform program audit and continuous improvement functions by building quality assurance models and systems that provide information necessary for decision making and long-range planning to Deans, program directors, departments, and other high-level professional staff. This position will additionally support program enhancement and capacity building through research on best practices and program/policy development and will also support program faculty in research endeavors. This position is instrumental in helping shape state and national educational, health and social services policy through active participation in state and national accreditation and licensure boards and associations.
Minimum Qualifications - 3 years' experience in Education, Health, or Social Services in assessment and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience with state and/or national accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects, develop work plans, and assign priorities and time limits and effectively present data/research reports to stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, statistical analysis, and computer programs and software packages to provide model structures for the development of unit reports
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Group facilitation skills and experience
- Demonstrated effective professional engagement with persons from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
