  • Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership to develop budgets, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Evaluate the current finance organization and implement improvements to the team structure, systems, and business processes that create a more efficient, scalable finance function.
  • Lead the company's upcoming ERP implementation, serving as the finance lead to improve financial workflows, system integration, and cross-functional business processes.
  • Develop meaningful financial and operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that provide leadership with greater visibility into business performance and key trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Hands-on experience leading GAAP-compliant financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, and inventory accounting.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable finance organizations, improving processes, and developing meaningful financial reporting and KPIs.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership to support operational and strategic business decisions.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience leading or supporting ERP implementations.
  • Comfortable operating in environments undergoing significant change, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
  • CPA designation and experience within a private equity-backed organization are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, commercial reporting, and revenue analysis is a plus.
  • Willingness to work primarily on-site in Salt Lake City, UT.
