  • Own the onboarding and launch experience for new B2B partners so they reach first enrollments and student outcomes quickly.
  • Coordinate across Enrollment, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance to stand up partner programs and maintain consistent launch processes.
  • Own retention and expansion across the B2B portfolio of employer, workforce, and academic partners.
  • Build account growth plans that increase enrollments, revenue per partner, and, in partnership with Student Services, completion and placement outcomes.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities inside existing partners, including new programs, content licensing, credit for prior learning, and additional cohorts.
  • Be a strategic advisor to senior employer, workforce, and academic leaders, and design transformational workforce solutions such as talent pipelines, upskilling programs, and funded training initiatives.
  • Guide partners through workforce and education funding pathways, including WIOA, workforce grants, Title IV and Workforce Pell where applicable, and employer-funded models.
  • Position MedCerts as a long-term workforce partner and build the relationships that make the company essential to each partners talent strategy.
  • Carry accountability for portfolio revenue, retention, and enrollment targets, and forecast accurately in Salesforce.
  • Report on pipeline, launches, and account health to executive leadership, and surface risks and opportunities early.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 10 years in workforce development, higher education, healthcare workforce, or B2B education and training, including a minimum of 5 years leading and developing a team.
  • Track record of leading account management, partnership, or sales teams to revenue, retention, and growth targets.
  • Experience advising senior leaders across employer, workforce board, or academic settings on multi-stakeholder workforce or education solutions.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and CRM discipline, ideally in Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the judgment to represent MedCerts with executive-level partners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree.
