Job Summary
Purpose: Senior station leader responsible for safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of all maintenance activities supporting plant operation, equipment reliability, outage performance, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with NRC requirements, Technical Specifications, procedures, and fleet standards.
  • Promote a strong nuclear, industrial, radiological, and human performance safety culture.
  • Direct corrective, preventive, predictive, and emergent maintenance activities.
  • Lead AP-913 equipment reliability processes, asset management strategies, and system health improvement.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to resolve equipment performance issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Provide maintenance leadership for refueling and forced outages, including readiness, execution, and post-outage improvement.
  • Develop maintenance managers, supervisors, planners, coordinators, and craft personnel through training and succession planning.
  • Manage maintenance operating, capital, and outage budgets and optimize contractor and material resources.
  • Oversee contractor and vendor performance for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
  • Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking, self-assessments, and corrective action programs.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years nuclear industry experience and 4+ years maintenance leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plant systems, maintenance practices, work management, outage management, and equipment reliability.
  • Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, financial management, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
