Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven Director for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role is responsible for designing, overseeing, and scaling the overarching launch strategy for new features, product extensions, and additional indications to ensure successful commercial adoption and long-term customer success. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and analytical acumen, with a proven track record of driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. You will serve as a key organizational leader, collaborating closely with executive leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to maximize market impact and drive revenue growth.
This role is hybrid or remote position with some travel required for customer engagement, industry events, and headquarters collaboration (1-2 weeks per month).
What you'll do:- Strategic Leadership: Own the comprehensive GTM roadmap and strategy aligned with corporate growth and revenue objectives. Oversee market analysis to identify macroeconomic trends, competitive threats, and high-value growth opportunities.
- Positioning & Messaging Authority: Establish the foundational framework for product positioning and value propositions that differentiate the portfolio and resonate across all customer segments and commercial channels.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Champion organizational alignment by serving as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and strategic decision-making..
- Insights & Feedback Architecture: Synthesize deep insights from direct field engagement, key opinion leaders, and customer advisory boards to directly influence product roadmaps and.

What We're Looking For: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
- Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or commercial leadership roles, with a strong preference for individuals from the healthcare or medical technology industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Excellence: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to transform complex datasets into executive-level strategic directives.
- Communication: Masterful verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Commercial Background: Previous direct sales or close commercial enablement experience is highly preferred.
Compensation Range
$211,000-$241,000 USD
A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
