About the jobThis position is needed to run our New Business (ISV) sales team.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:
- Lead a team of experienced AEs mainly focused in the ISVvertical.
- Bring a strategic vision and innovative approach to expand the New Business sales teams focused on revenue growth, and cross selling Twilio's products to New Business named accounts covering Mid-Market and Enterprise companies within North America.
- Report to the RVP, New Business.
- Play a key role in generating incremental revenue, building sales process, developing AEs, and creation of efficient programs that deliver high rep productively in a model that allows us to scale quickly with success.

Required:- At least 6+ years Sales leadership experience
- Extensive experience in the cPaaS space or selling into relevant industries, especially ones that have a consumption-based model
- A leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of success. You should feel comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS, but if you have experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions even better.
- Customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy, and is passionate about helping his/her team succeed.
- You have experience building teams, managing all monthly forecasting, and can support fiscal planning and revenue tracking for all major accounts in the region.
- Our customers are often application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners. You must love talking to all types of customers about building their businesses and helping them drive innovation across many different types of use cases centered around how our customers communicate with their customers.

LocationThis role will be remote and based in the United States.
Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 30-40% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.

Compensation*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont : $185,760 - $232,200.
- Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $196,080 - $245,100.
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $206,400 - $258,000.
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
- This role is eligible to earn commissions.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
