Position Summary...The (USA) Director, Merchandising Operations, leads the development and execution of strategic business plans to optimize inventory management, financial performance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees vendor relationships, contract management, and cross-functional initiatives to support merchandising programs and store operations. The Director drives continuous improvement by analyzing business trends, aligning resources, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. This position requires strong leadership to manage multiple projects, develop talent, and ensure alignment with company goals while delivering value and exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do...- Manage inventory plans by analyzing projections, monitoring performance, and approving markdown strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, operational efficiency, and budget adherence.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and aligning resources to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement merchandising programs and communication initiatives that support store operations and corporate objectives.
- Analyze business objectives and forecasts to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
- Promote integrity and compliance by modeling company values and maintaining ethical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
