Director, Mega Groups
As a Director of the Mega Groups, you will have full end-to-end ownership of our largest, most complex enterprise dealer group relationships. Operating as a matrixed leader, you will act as a strategic consultant to the C-suite of top automotive groups, driving transformational software and lending revenue while protecting long-term portfolio health.
General Responsibilities:
Operate with independent autonomy, managing the largest dealer group relationships self-sufficiently without the need for constant daily observation.
Travel frequently (up to 60%) to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and strategy sessions directly with the executive leadership (CEOs, CFOs) of enterprise dealer groups.
Drive a birds-eye perspective by creating 1-3 year strategic growth plans in both finance and digital solutions, recognizing macro auto industry shifts, and mapping those trends to specific dealer needs.
Act as a Brand Champion, ensuring our brand remains powerful, premium, and positive across the highest levels of client executive suites.
Establish permanent internal frameworks and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal risk and legal teams to streamline massive enterprise deal pipelines.
Navigate friction independently by bringing proposals to leadership
Ensure internal sales stakeholders have full transparency of store/group structure and align them with a clear call to action that matches external objectives.
Own monthly business reviews with external shareholders and proactively manage internal and external communications.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years experience managing teams or people in the financial services industry or 4 years of sales experience within the auto finance industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years credit underwriting experience in the indirect lending, auto finance industry.
5+ years experience managing people and/or teams in the auto finance industry.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $187,300 - $213,700 for Director, Regional Sales Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
