KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and continuously evolve the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process blueprint, ensuring alignment with the MedTech operating model
- Establish, standardize, and drive adoption of enterprise-wide S&OE processes, governance, and best practices across Business Units, Regions, and Functions.
- Lead continuous improvement of the S&OE process, including regular maturity assessments, performance reviews, and prioritization of enhancements to improve responsiveness and effectiveness.
- Partner with the IBP Process Owner to define and maintain clear process integration, RACI, governance, and decision rights, ensuring seamless handoffs and eliminating overlap between IBP and S&OE.
- Drive alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance to reinforce clarity of roles, accountability, and adherence to S&OE standards.
- Define and advance the digital strategy for S&OE, identifying and implementing tools, dashboards, and control towers that enable real-time visibility, standardized reporting, and decision support.
- Collaborate with Digital teams to deliver automation and scalable solutions that streamline S&OE processes and enhance data-driven insights.
- Establish and govern S&OE performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., service, inventory health, backlog, plan adherence), ensuring transparency and consistency across the organization.
- Define and standardize S&OE forums and cadences (e.g., demand-supply balancing, risk & opportunity reviews), including clear inputs, outputs, and escalation pathways.
- Enable effective cross-functional decision-making frameworks by ensuring structured visibility of short-term risks and opportunities and standardized approaches to issue management.
- Develop and deploy training and capability-building programs to strengthen S&OE process discipline, adoption, and consistency across MedTech
Education:
- Must have a minimum of a BS degree or University equivalent
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles ideally driving enterprise planning transformation and process ownership
- 6+ years of experience in S&OE, IBP, S&OP, or end-to-end supply chain planning, with strong understanding of both strategic planning and near-term execution alignment
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise process standards, governance models, and operating blueprints across complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement clear RACI, decision rights, and integration across IBP and S&OE, ensuring role clarity and eliminating overlap
- Strong track record influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital) without direct ownership of execution
- Experience defining and delivering digital strategy and enablement, including planning tools, control towers, dashboards, and advanced analytics
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into performance management frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement actions
- Proven leadership in enterprise change management, process standardization, and capability building to drive adoption and sustain results at scale

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$150,000.00 - $258,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
