We're seeking a
Director-level M&A Valuation & Transaction Strategy leader to partner directly with Corporate Development, Finance, Executive Leadership, and the
Transaction Leadership Office in evaluating, modeling, pricing, and executing transactions that will shape the future of the organization. If you have experience with financial modeling, healthcare transactions, executive strategy, and enterprise growth, this is an opportunity to influence some of the organization's highest-profile investment decisions.
You'll help determine: • What should we buy?
• What is it worth?
• What synergies exist?
• What risks exist?
• How should we structure the transaction?
What You'll Do:• Lead complex valuation and financial modeling for healthcare acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Build integrated deal models incorporating financial diligence, operational findings, and synergy opportunities.
• Develop executive-ready investment recommendations and valuation materials.
• Pressure-test seller assumptions and financial projections.
• Build scenario analyses, sensitivity models, and investment cases supporting transaction decisions.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate findings from valuation firms, Quality of Earnings providers, operational diligence teams, and third-party consultants.
• Support executive decision-making through concise financial storytelling and board-level reporting.
• Help standardize valuation methodologies and financial governance across future transactions.
RequirementsWe're Looking For 6-12+ years of experience in one or more of: • Investment Banking

• Big 4 Transaction Advisory
• Healthcare Financial Due Diligence
• Healthcare Valuation
• Strategic Finance
• Experience evaluating provider organizations including:
• Hospitals
• Health Systems
• Physician Practices
• Ambulatory Care
• Joint Ventures
This role helps shape an enterprise acquisition strategy. You'll work directly with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities that influence the organization's long-term growth strategy while helping build the financial frameworks supporting a multi-billion-dollar acquisition portfolio. The work is highly visible and directly connected to executive decision-making.
