Description

The Director, Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end supply chain strategy that supports business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and cost competitiveness. This role provides leadership across sourcing and procurement, supplier management, demand and supply planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP/SIOP).

As a key member of the operations leadership team, this position collaborates closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Product Management to ensure alignment between customer demand, operational capacity, inventory investments, and supplier capabilities. The Director drives digital transformation, continuous improvement, and supply chain resiliency while building high-performing teams and strengthening strategic supplier partnerships.

The successful candidate will leverage data, analytics, and technology to improve service, productivity, forecast accuracy, and working capital performance across a global supply chain network.

As the Director, Integrated Supply Chain, you will:

  • Develop and execute the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy to support business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction

  • Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP/SIOP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes to align demand, supply, capacity, and inventory plans

  • Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, process standardization, and advanced analytics

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making

  • Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and innovation

  • Develop supplier risk mitigation and business continuity strategies through supplier diversification, audits, capacity planning, and contingency management

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and commercial teams to improve material availability, support new product launches, and drive value engineering initiatives

  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs that enhance productivity, service levels, inventory performance, lead times, and supply chain resilience

  • Build and lead high-performing supply chain organizations by developing talent, driving organizational change, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required education, experiences & skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or related functions

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-functional supply chain teams

  • Experience supporting both existing product lines and new product introductions (NPI)

  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, planning tools, business intelligence applications, and data visualization platforms to support analytics and decision-making

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong financial acumen, including cost management, cash flow, and P&L impact analysis

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to travel up to 25% (mostly domestic travel)

Preferred education, experiences & skills:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), ISM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certification

  • Experience in HVAC, electronics, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments

  • Oracle ERP experience

  • Experience with Power BI or similar advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools
