Compensation: $83,200 Annual starting salary, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
Essential Job Functions: - Embed LEAN principles within the IT department, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement by systematically eliminating waste and optimizing processes to enhance service delivery and support organizational objectives.
- Make progress to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and elevate overall productivity.
- Ensure successful completion of IT projects by applying best practices in project management and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Monitor project progress rigorously to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Enhance the IT department's customer service by implementing efficient support systems and improving response times. Gather regular feedback from users to ensure their needs are met and to continuously refine support strategies.
Minimum Qualifications: - Prior Leadership experience leading a small team. Experience driving initiatives and managing a budget.
Education - 4-Year degree or equivalent work experience
