Reporting to the Executive Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing,Moderna Alliance, theDirector, Individualized Therapy Operationsserves as theU.S. commercial leader accountable for the strategy, design, and execution of theproductend-to-endoperational ecosystem, ensuring a seamless, and scalable process to support this individualized therapy product.
This leader will oversee the operational strategy, capabilities, processes, and governance across the Intismeran operational ecosystem to ensure seamless coordination and integration across sample and tissue operations, logistics coordination, manufacturing demand planning, operational performance management, and customer support. The role will coordinate across our company, alliance partner, sequencing providers, distributors, and treatment sites to ensure reliable therapy delivery and treatment completion.
As the commercial owner of theend-to-end operational ecosystem, this individual will lead the development of the capabilities, governance, and operational infrastructure required to support launch readiness, commercial scale, and future growth. The role will also oversee the organization responsible for centralized coordination, partner management, capacity planning, analytics, and operational excellence.
Serve as the US commercial owner of the Intismeran end-to-end operational ecosystem,accountable for designing, integrating, and optimizing the capabilities, processes, and stakeholder interactions required to support a seamless, scalable, and compliant treatment journey from order through treatment administration.
Define and lead the end-to-endoperational strategy and governance frameworkrequired to support launch readiness, commercial execution, future growth, and long-term scalability, including governance, operating cadence, escalation pathways, and performance standards.
Own the Intismeran orchestration ecosystem, including operational workflows, digital orchestration capabilities, sample and tissue operations, logistics coordination, customer support capabilities, and treatment journey process integration.
Lead cross-functional alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Precision Medicine, IT, Market Access, Patient Support Programs, Treatment Site Strategy, alliance stakeholders, sequencing providers, distributors, and treatment sites to ensure reliable therapy delivery and treatment completion.
Provide strategic leadership and oversightofthe Treatment Site Operations Coordinator (TSOC) capability, ensuring the centralized coordination model, workflows, governance, andperformance standards effectively support seamless treatment journey execution across treatment sites, manufacturing, logistics, and internal partners.
Establish and oversee operational performance management, including enterprise KPIs, service level objectives, dashboards,operational demand planning, capacity planning, risk management, and executive reporting to drive data-based decision making and operational excellence.
Lead operational governance and control tower activities,proactively identifying and resolving operational barriers, exceptions, and capacity constraints while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and treatment completion.
Build and evolve future-state capabilities required to support individualized therapies,including scalable operational capabilities, advanced analytics, orchestration technologies, process innovation, and operational readiness for future growth.
Lead the IntismeranIndividualized TherapyOperations organization, including oversight of treatment journeystrategy, centralized coordination capabilities,manufacturing demand planning, partner management, and operational excellence, whilebuildingthe organizational capabilities required to support future scale and growth.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 8years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries, including leadership experience incomplex therapy operations or operational strategy roles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders acrossvarious stakeholders includingcommercial, manufacturing, supply chain, market access,IT,and external partner organizations.
Experience building and scaling operational capabilities, including governance structures, operating procedures, customer support models, orchestration platforms, analytics, and performance management systems.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex operational challenges, and translate strategy into execution.
Experience establishing and managing KPIs, dashboards, capacity planning processes, and operational performance metrics to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Experience supporting the commercialization of complex therapies, including, cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy, or other highly coordinated treatment models.
Experience with treatment journey orchestration platforms, case management systems, workflow technologies, operational control towers, or customer support ecosystems.
Experience in manufacturing demand planning, integrated business planning, supply chain operations, or capacity management.

The salary range for this role is
$190,800.00 - $300,300.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
