Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiology, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• 2 years experience as a Director in a radiology/medical imaging department preferred; at least 5 years of medical imaging experience.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Possess a state license to practice medical imaging.
• Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire; must maintain required certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, overseeing various imaging modalities.
• Supervise the implementation of new testing procedures and related protocols.
• Regulate the maintenance of departmental facilities, ensuring efficiency and comfort.
• Plan and accomplish departmental goals using extensive experience and judgment.
• Exercise creativity and latitude in decision-making and departmental management.
