This role is accountable for the initiative's activities and end goals across content, dissemination, and field adoption; serves as the primary staff lead supporting the initiative's convened expert advisory councils; and meets regularly with the initiative's funders to report on program progress. This includes leading content and program requirements for the initiative's health system recognition framework, alongside the initiative's broader clinical and implementation resources.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Clinical Programs, Translation and Quality Improvement, this position works cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Foundation and Corporate Giving, Health Systems Directors, and Integrated Marketing and Communications to ensure initiative resources are evidence-informed, audience-appropriate, and effectively disseminated.

This is a grant funded role.

Responsibilities

Initiative Strategy & Funder Reporting (25%)

  • Own execution of the initiative's multi-year roadmap, driving progress against its funded activities and end goals.
  • Meet regularly with the initiative's funders to report on program progress, respond to funder questions, and keep funder expectations aligned with execution.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director on initiative strategy, prioritization, and risk, and represent the initiative in internal and external forums.
  • Track the initiative's commitments against funder and leadership expectations, including progress toward its funded activities and end goals.

Content Development, Dissemination & Field Adoption (25%)

  • Lead development of content and resources that fulfill the initiative's deliverables.
  • Own the dissemination strategy for initiative resources, ensuring content reaches health systems, clinicians, and field teams through the right channels and formats.
  • Adapt and tailor resources to support implementation across varied health system audiences and settings, including modified versions for resource-constrained health systems and underserved populations.
  • Work with Health Systems Directors to ensure field teams have the resources and context needed to support adoption.

Expert Advisory Council Support (20%)

  • Serve as the primary staff liaison to the initiative's convened expert advisory councils, coordinating meeting content, agendas, and speaker structure.
  • Prepare briefing materials, scripts, and follow-up actions for council meetings, ensuring content reflects current initiative status and decisions.
  • Track and close out council recommendations and action items between meetings.

Recognition Framework Content & ALZPro Coordination (15%)

  • Own content and program requirements for the health system recognition framework - what it measures and the resources that support it - partnering with the Director, Healthcare Solutions, who owns the digital strategy and platform build.
  • Translate recognition framework content plans and deliverable timelines into specifications the ALZPro team can use for sequencing and release planning; platform decisions remain owned by the Director, Healthcare Solutions.
  • Ensure recognition framework content is packaged consistently and ready for handoff to ALZPro, and work with the ALZPro team and Digital Strategy as needed to resolve content format or usability issues ahead of integration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Support (15%)

  • Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure the initiative's resources are clinically accurate and aligned with current evidence and organizational positions.
  • Coordinate with Professional Education to bring the initiative's content to market through courses, modules, and toolkits.
  • Support Foundation and Corporate Giving with content and resource materials for initiative-related funding proposals and partner-facing needs.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing and Communications on promotional strategy and dissemination of the initiative's resources.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, health communications, or a related field; advanced degree in a clinical, public health, or health sciences field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in content development, program development, or healthcare quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience developing resources for health systems or clinical/professional audiences.
  • Experience working with quality improvement, health system recognition, or accreditation-style initiatives strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time. Must have a valid driver's license.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
