Full Job Description
Your Role:

Access to life-changing medicines does not happen by chance - it is the result of precise strategy, deep market expertise, and relentless cross-functional collaboration. As Director, GVAP Specialty Therapeutics, you will serve as a recognized authority within the Global Market Access and Pricing (GMAP) team, shaping and driving the pricing and access strategies that determine how patients reach our marketed Neurology therapies (Mavenclad and Rebif) and how our pipeline products are positioned for launch success.

Working with considerable autonomy, you will own the end-to-end GMAP strategy for our marketed Neurology brands, engaging regional and country teams to sustain, enhance, or expand product access. You will lead Business Development assessments across Oncology, Neurology, and Immunology, delivering robust recommendations that influence critical investment decisions. In close partnership with Brand Leads, you will execute pre- and peri-launch activities for Phase 3 programs - cultivating the insights, strategies, and tactics needed to position products, the company, and the market for strong commercial performance.

You will interpret complex and evolving policy dynamics through proactive horizon scanning, translating macro and micro shifts into actionable strategies that protect and grow our business. As the GVAP (Global Value demonstration Market Access & Pricing) representative in cross-functional forums, you will embed access perspectives across projects, establish best practices, and foster a collaborative team culture that elevates overall performance. Your ability to lead without formal authority, build consensus across diverse stakeholders, and deliver impact in a highly matrixed global environment will be central to your success in this role.

  • Established knowledge of major market reimbursement and pricing systems, including the US and EU4+UK
