SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Director, Global Services Delivery to lead and scale the delivery of our global security consulting organization. The Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery functions of security principals and consultants across international teams, ensuring the consistent, high quality, and efficient execution of client engagements from initial scope definition to final delivery. This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in security consulting delivery, global operations, and delivery methodologies, along with a proven ability to build and grow delivery capability at scale.
The role will focus on evolving and growing the strategy of WWT's global security consulting delivery practice to improve WWT's market competitiveness, scaling repeatable delivery capabilities across regions, developing and expanding global talent, meeting financial and utilization metrics, and driving operational excellence and successful customer outcomes. The team's mission is to deliver security consulting engagements at scale with predictable quality, while defining and executing on delivery strategy, methodology, and standards across international teams.
This position will work in close partnership with Sales (e.g., Services Sales, GS&A, Account Managers), practice leadership, and customer leadership to align delivery strategy with customer needs, optimize utilization, and grow the security consulting pipeline in new and existing accounts. Additionally, the position will partner with regional teams to drive delivery excellence and successful customer outcomes worldwide.

- Reviews delivery and solutioning packages with practice and Sales leaders to ensure quality and delivery success.
Drives Continuous Improvement and Innovation- Drives continuous improvement across global delivery operations by standardizing best practices, implementing AI enabled efficiencies, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
