The Director of Finance is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and strategic finance support across the organization. This role will manage a team of high-performing analysts and partner closely with business leaders, the Corporate Controller, and the Accounting Team to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights. This position will play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making, private equity sponsor reporting and ad hoc analysis, M&A integration, financial reporting, and enterprise-wide performance management. This position requires a highly analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented finance leader with strong business acumen, technical finance expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

How success is defined:- Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, operational goals, and financial targets
- Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and management reporting to support executive leadership and business decision-making
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and presentations for private equity sponsors, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders
- Partner closely with leadership to evaluate business performance, identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and professional growth
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller and Accounting Team to ensure alignment between financial planning, reporting, accounting results, and monthly close processes
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, working capital, cash flow, and other key financial metrics
- Lead financial analysis related to M&A integration, including synergy tracking, integration reporting, business case validation, and post-close performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, profitability analysis, scenario planning, and operational improvement opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial guidance, budget accountability, and analytical support for business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting tools, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity across the Finance function
- Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and sponsor reporting packages as needed
- Support system, data, and reporting enhancements that improve visibility into business performance and enable more efficient financial planning and analysis
- Ensure financial analysis and reporting are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with company policies, accounting standards, and business objectives
- Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

What you will bring:- 10+ years of progressive Finance, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance experience required
- At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- CPA and/or CFA preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using AI to streamline and improve processes and deliverables
- Ability to present insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis in a complex business environment
- Experience supporting private equity sponsors, board reporting, lender reporting, or executive-level financial analysis
- Prior experience supporting M&A integration, acquisition analysis, synergy tracking, or post-close financial reporting
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing finance or analyst teams
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, month-end close processes, and performance reporting
- Ability to partner effectively with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and executive leadership
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential financial information
- Experience with ERP, financial planning, business intelligence, or reporting tools

Compensation Range: $175,000 - $195,000
Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location
