Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar fields
• 5+ years in assumption-based analysis with communication skills for business insights
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels
• Strong capability in managing priorities in dynamic environments
• Expertise in MS Office Suite with a strong focus on Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and other data warehouse tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial forecasting process for expenses, labor, and revenue
• Assist in the annual budgeting process for expenses, labor, and revenue
• Evaluate business performance, providing actionable recommendations
• Conduct variance analysis to identify issues and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with leaders to create financial strategies for growth and profitability
• Supply financial analysis for strategic initiatives and support executive evaluations
• Monitor KPIs to recognize trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and financial reporting
• Mentor and lead a team of analysts across projects.
