Full Job Description
This role is a significant contributor to overall park performance and is responsible for providing strategic and tactical initiatives to drive revenue and EBITDA. This position will consistently engage with park and corporate leadership

Job Duties and Competencies
Ability to identify and drive strategic direction across all levels of the organization
  • Lead forecast process, including operating expenses, labor, and revenue
  • Assist with annual budgeting process, including operating expenses, labor, and revenue
  • Evaluate business performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results, providing actionable recommendations
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with operational leaders to develop financial strategies that support growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives
  • Support executive leadership with scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling and investment evaluations
  • Influence decision making through data driven insights and financial expertise
  • Monitor KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Consistently managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-change environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial processes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team of analysts
  • Lead special projects and other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant business experience (e.g., financial planning and analysis, cost analysis, accounting)
  • 5+ years' experience in assumption-based analysis, with demonstrated ability to develop and articulate information gained to business decision makers
  • 3+ years' experience leading teams
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence others at all levels and lead a team of Ambassadors
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-change environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, Business Objects and other data warehouse tools.
